About the role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll report directly to the CEO to build and own the operational backbone that enables Didero to scale. You’ll operate cross-functionally to stand up finance infrastructure, sales operations, and other critical systems. Your mandate is to architect processes, unblock bottlenecks, and have the opportunity to grow into another role as the company grows.

Location: This is a on-site role based in New York City.

What You’ll Do

• Identify operational bottlenecks across the business and create scalable systems to solve them

• Transition stabilized functions to dedicated operators as the company grows

• Create and manage core financial systems and processes

• Be heavily involved in board material creation, cross-functional analysis and other strategic work

• Stand up and scale revenue operations, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, quota performance dashboards and more

• Expand remit into strategic projects across the company

You’ll be successful in this role if you…

• Have operated in high-intensity environments and thrive on ownership and pace

• Are a structured thinker, enjoy building systems from scratch, and thrive in ambiguity

• Can shift between strategic thinking and low-ego execution - plenty of unglamorous but important work to be done

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years across investment banking, private equity, consulting, and/or ops or finance roles at high-growth startups

• Strong analytical, operational, and systems-building skills

• Comfortable owning cross-functional projects, financial processes, GTM operations, analytical workflows and more
