The Project Manager of Licensing Design is responsible for overall coordination, execution and completion of all milestones and initiatives for Licensed Product. This includes overseeing the creative and logistical aspects of licensed product development, ensuring that the designs comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements and project timelines. The Project Manager supports all licensed product, serving as the connection between the internal teams and the licensees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timelines, resources and tasks across internal teams (NA Apparel Design, Graphics, Print & Pattern & Global Design) and external partners (licensees).
- Act as the liaison for all communication between licensees and design teams.
- Organize, photograph and store approved brand assets and track their use across products.
- Manage the creative approval pipeline, ensuring timely feedback and sign-offs from design.
- Assure that design adheres to calendar timing.
- In partnership with Senior Design Director, Licensed Product:
- Share global design brief with Licensees
- Provide color palette, graphics, prints and patterns to Licensees
- Provide inspirational design decks to support and achieve the desired brand look and feel to Licensees
- Attend fit sample collection and review prototypes, dependent on licensing agreement
- Travel to licensees dependent on licensing agreement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or project based role within a fashion retail company
- Strong knowledge of various fashion brands
- Strong project management/time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
- Proactive approach – ability to anticipate future actions that may be required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and visual
- Organizational skills and attention to details is required
- MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Mac and PC skills preferred
- Keynote experience a plus
- Adobe Suite a plus
- Must be adept at project and timeline management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
- Detail oriented/innovative traits necessary
- Must be able to find best solutions and developing methods to improve efficiency
- Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects
- Responsibilities include working in a fluid environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Some travel to Licensee locations

Pay Range:$80,150---$113,700PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
