Staffing Coord/Pt Care Services, Nursing Resource

Job Summary: The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and adjusting daily staffing in coordination with the Clinical Managers, Clinical Directors and/or Clinical Coordinators. S/He participates in the monitoring of Supplemental Nursing Pool schedules and collection of compliance data.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school diploma and related programs in computer applications and business office coordination to the extent required by the position duties. 
• Working knowledge of medical terminology very helpful. 
• At least two years of experience in an office environment with responsibility for computer data entry, schedule coordination, and heavy public and telephone exposure. 
• Proficiency in Word required and Excel preferred.
