Account Manager - Digital Cinema

Shift: Day Shift, 9:00 AM start

Compensation: $72,500 – $90,000

Description
An exciting opportunity to join our growing global Digital Cinema team, the Digital Cinema Account Manager will be required to manage and coordinate high-profile feature and trailer projects from asset receipt through to final delivery. Other responsibilities will include maintaining and developing project management processes, project billing, and working closely across all operational departments.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have experience with project management in the media industry coupled with an understanding of media technologies, and operational processes and workflows. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude, and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must be able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads. The role is office-based in our Burbank facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management support on Digital Cinema feature projects
• Escalation point for customer
• Engagement with customers across all levels
• Detailed project planning for the team
• Forecasting capacity and scheduling
• Collaboration with internal departments including Localization, Subtitling, Graphics, and Mastering
• Supporting production-led engagement with clients on-boarded to Pixelogic workflows
• After hours and weekend support/response for clients and vendors, when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
• Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiasm to get things done
• Good listening skills and an ability to assimilate different viewpoints

• Knowledge of post-production processes, foreign language versioning, and theatrical workflows
