Description

 Window Design Center from Zuern is a family-owned and operated window and door design company. We are currently seeking a full time Window & Door Account Manager at our Madison location. 

• Assist customers and contractors and maintain a relationship with them on their ongoing projects
• Responsible for quoting, estimating, and ordering products
• Answering phone calls, emails, & assisting customers in the showroom
• Responsible for selling, promoting and marketing Window Design Center from Zuern
• Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations
• Commit to continual education and training on product and sales development

• Detail oriented & self-motivated
• Excellent listening skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills in a fast paced environment
