Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Decatur, TX. This full-time role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering individualized care and contributing to positive patient outcomes. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and support patients in achieving their functional goals.

Clinic Details:

Vista Physical Therapy – Decatur is a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving a wide range of patients, including post-surgical, sports medicine, and general orthopedic cases. Our team fosters a collaborative environment where clinicians are supported and empowered to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state practice act

  • Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed in collaboration with the PT

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment

  • Assist with front office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current PTA license in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain)

  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for patient care and a desire to grow professionally
