About the role

Job Summary


The at-Home Solutions IT team is seeking a technology leader who can best lead the current state operations IT team to maintain stability of the systems used by the US Med business based in Miami, FL, minimizing any business disruption from system outages and ensuring system updates are completed in a timely manner based on platform requirements and business need.  Partnership with the ADSG transformation program team will also be critical to ensure that work completed by the current state team is done in collaboration with the future state in mind.

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Responsibilities


•    Adherence to SLAs, system uptime, and all key metrics related to ensuring system stability
•    Management of business demand for system changes, working in close partnership with ADSG transformation program team
•    Proactive communication with IT and business leaders and stakeholders to manage expectations, share technology roadmap and prioritize work
•    Close alignment with ADSG leadership and team members, IT, and business, in particular the US Med team in Miami, FL.
•    Navigation of the GTBS matrix to ensure necessary engagement from other teams is completed and deliverables are communicated and tracked.
•    Additional leadership responsibilities as determined through the course of program execution and current state operations management.

Qualifications


•    Bachelors or Advanced degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
•    12+ years’ experience in related field preferred
•    Knowledge of ADSG business processes and current technology footprint 
•    Direct to patient supply chain and payor experience preferred
•    Strong experience in a compliance-oriented culture
•    Extensive experience overseeing large-scale IT system transformations with multi-year deliverables, leveraging a combination of agile and waterfall methodologies
•    Demonstrated technical expertise, with a career marked by progressively responsible roles in managing technology functions
•    Experience in a data-intensive environment and understanding how best to leverage data as a competitive advantage
•    Experience in building strong relationships and trust, with the ability to leverage technology to translate client and company needs into effective business solutions
•    Comprehensive knowledge of distribution operations technology, including platforms such as Manhattan, JAVA, SAP, and others
•    Strong collaborator-proven ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
•    Demonstrates active listening skills, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
•    Effective communicator-conveys ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
•    Decisive decision maker; makes well-informed timely decisions in high pressure situations to drive projects to execution
•    Track record of successfully implementing plans and strategies while delivering high quality results
