This includes overseeing academic administration, facilitating logistics for teaching blocks and events, and supporting student advising and retention efforts; and, in collaboration with GSE senior leaders, overseeing student admissions and registration processes, marketing and promoting the programs. The role serves as a pivotal liaison among students, faculty, the program Director and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the program's objectives.
Job Description
Coordinate and manage comprehensive academic administration activities including tracking program candidacy, overseeing doctoral examinations, processing master’s ballots, and ensuring proper documentation and grading.
Handle admissions inquiries, including I-20 facilitation for international students, assist with managing student billing and troubleshooting billing and loan issues, schedule calls with prospective students, host and attend virtual and in-person information sessions, and manage student onboarding and integration into the program.
Organize logistics for teaching blocks, manage classroom reservations, coordinate hotel contracts, and arrange events such as cohort
