The details:

Dynamic patient caseload at the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic consist primarily of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be a part of this team of clinicians with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.

The requirements:

  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • One (1) year of outpatient experience preferred but would also consider New Graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals
  • One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong orthopedic clinicals
  • Dry Needling experience preferred or we can assist in this certification
  • Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience

The responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services
  • Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
