Position Summary:
As the Vice President of Medical Operations at Restore Hyper Wellness, you will be a key driver of our success and growth. Your role involves collaborating with our PLLC to oversee medical operations, optimizing the supply chain, implementing compliance changes, and seamlessly integrating telehealth services into a franchise system of wellness studios. You will also lead the management and implementation of technology platforms, including a new EHR, and play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction for delivering high-quality healthcare services to our clients. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is open to remote or based out of our Austin, TX headquarters office.

Requirements

 Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s medical operations strategy.
• Engage with the PLLC medical directors for process change and improvement, oversight of protocols and procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Optimize the company’s competitive position in the marketplace
• Educate the franchise system about the partnership with the PLLC

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain best practices for telehealth services to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and quality of medical services.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Collaborate with PLLC and compliance team regarding state by state regulations
• Surveillance and operationalizing PLLC approved practice related compliance changes

Education Management:

• Education Materials: Collaborate with our research and development team to operationalize medical education materials, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and effective for training healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution process, ensuring that educational materials reach the intended multidisciplinary teams in a timely and organized manner.
• Customized Content Delivery: Tailor educational content to suit the specific needs and skill levels of different target groups, such as registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and non-medical personnel.

Product and Technology Integration:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to launch new medical products to the system.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure that telehealth platforms are robust, user-friendly, and secure.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance the telemedicine experience across the entire system.

Data Analytics:

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
