Senior Finance Analyst

Job Description

Location: Kraft-Heinz Worcester

Salary: £38-42k (pro rata)

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

We are on the look out for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Kraft-Heinz Worcester site, home to Lea & Perrins Worcester sauce!

This role is to cover parental leave until the end of January 2025.

You will:

• Become the financial leader behind our site's performance, leading all aspects of finances to guarantee smooth operations and optimized results.
• Dive deep into supply chain finance, streamlining processes and acting as a trusted financial partner to ensure seamless execution, always adhering to Kraft Heinz policies.
• Transform data into actionable insights. Report, plan, and analyze critical information, empowering the Site Leadership Team with timely and accurate financial support for sound, data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and preparation of the company budget process.
• Leading of planning & control cycle (actuals, forecast, budget)
• Preparation and analysis of actual results on a weekly, monthly basis
• Spend control and optimisation.
• Driving continuously the factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from operations team
• Management and execution processes in the SAP system
• Establishing and implementation of internal control processes to comply with KHC policies
• Report to Central Finance team with timely and accurate financial information.

What we are looking for:

• Tried experience in a similar Finance Specialist role, ideally within FMCG & manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP with specific knowledge of Tableau and Snowflake.
• Proficient and capable Excel skills.
• A keen eye when identifying key issues and driver of performance that delivers above and beyond.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• The ability to simplify complex when communicating with our internal & external partners.
• Ownership and accountability.
• Pro-active, confident, highly collaborative individual who can successfully build relationships and present recommendations in an influential and persuasive manner to drive change and guide strategy.
