Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):Spry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer Sr. to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and demonstrate expertise in major tech stacks such as Java, C++, or Python. The candidate should have extensive experience in backend development against SQL or NoSQL database stores and familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end technologies.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Java, C++, or Python.
Develop and optimize backend systems interfacing with SQL or NoSQL database stores.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

10+ years of active and progressively more complex development experience
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
