Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum methodologies and expertise in Salesforce. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Your primary focus will be on implementing Salesforce solutions and leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to drive project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Scrum Leadership:
• Serve as the Scrum Master for the project team, facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, promoting self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles and foster a productive and collaborative working environment.
• Salesforce Expertise:
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to guide and support the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
• Ensure the successful configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and managing expectations.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and escalating when necessary

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field desired with minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Knowledge with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with supporting Sales and Marketing teams on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results within scope and schedule.
• Strong knowledge of Jira

This role is for a Senior Technical Project Manager and the base pay range for this position is $145,000- $175,000.  Compensation is not limited to base salary.
