The Opportunity
We are now hiring for 2nd shift seasonal Warehouse Associate positions for our West Chester and Fairfield distribution centers. Positions are available to work in our shipping and receiving departments. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Cornerstone comprises four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands: Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Grandin Road®, and Garnet Hill®. Cornerstone operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.
Your Impact
- Complete training and operate equipment in the department
- Unload trailers by pallet jack or PIT if certified.
- Separate freight and build pallets
- Help train new employees within the department
- Support all CSI philosophies in promoting a positive work environment
- Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and uphold the distribution center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction
- Operate RF devices for all department functions
- All other responsibilities as directed by CSI Management
What You Bring
- You will repeatedly lift an average of 50-75 lbs.
- Able to read, comprehend and communicate in English
- Follow the methods and procedures of the department
- Meet all goals and procedures of the STAR program
- Work accurately in a motivating environment.
- Work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed
- Able to stand for long periods of time
