Job Title: Bakery Clerk

Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Clerk to join our team. The Bakery Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery, and assisting with the preparation and packaging of baked goods. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with their bakery orders and answer any questions they may have

- Package and label baked goods for display and sale

- Maintain a clean and organized bakery, including cleaning equipment and work areas

- Assist with the preparation of baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and baking

- Stock bakery shelves and display cases with fresh baked goods

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions

Requirements

· Must be able to life and/or carry up to 50 lbs. 

· Must be able to push up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to bend, squat, climb and lift objects overhead

· Must be able to tolerate temperature differentials

· Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends

· Must be able to read, write, do basic math, see, hear and communicate in a positive manner with our guests.

· May be asked to submit to a drug/alcohol test and/or background screen
