Assistance to Knoll Studio Dealers and sales reps - pre/post sales

  • product information (prices, technical features, estimated delivery times, ...)
  • information on orders in progress (production status, delivery ...)
  • request prices and feasibility of custom products
  • onboarding new customers
  • Repairs and spare parts
  • samples

Order entry:

  • Creation of master data
  • Order entry

Order management

  • Management of the procedures following the order entry (order changes, delivery times, customer material management)
  • Bridge with planning, technical office, local logistics, accountancy, marketing
  • Request / preparation of special certifications
  • Preparation of export documentation

Complaints and disputes management

  • complaint analysis: collection of information and material necessary to arrive at an accurate description of the problem reported by the customer.
  • Bridge with the factory / sales to identify the best solution to resolve the customer's complaint
  • Follow up of the complaint resolution with the customer / sales rep

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
  • About 5 years of experience in international customer service
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Excellent ability to handle customer requests.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Problem-solving orientation and ability to find solutions.
  • Proactivity and flexibility
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment

It is considered a plus:

  • Previous experience in the furniture industry or logistics.
  • Very good knowledge of German or French
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word)
