As a Recruiting Senior Associate, you will collaborate closely with Industry Recruiting Managers and Directors to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. Your mission is to provide a best-in-class experience for Huron candidates, internal business clients, and stakeholders. You'll become a trusted recruiting delivery expert by demonstrating your deep understanding of our clients' businesses, proactively sourcing and assessing top talent, and leveraging Huron's cutting-edge tools and technology.
In this role, you'll manage your workload with precision, utilizing web-based research, proactive sourcing, and a keen eye for detail to enhance the candidate and client experience. Your expertise in search technologies and social media will be invaluable as you navigate the recruitment landscape. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruiting and Sourcing: Effectively manage multiple stakeholder recruiting priorities with successful outcomes, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and utilize Huron’s network to maximize employee referrals
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent communication and insights to meet their talent needs.
- Full Cycle Recruiting Management: Oversee the entire recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with Huron standards.
- Talent Assessment: Utilize Huron's interview framework to effectively lead the candidate assessment process, guiding stakeholders through a comprehensive assessment process and to an unbiased and evidence-based hiring decision outcome.
- Communication and Executive Disposition: Communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of management and stakeholders, representing Huron Healthcare with poise and professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and find effective solutions
- Collaboration: Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key stakeholders and business partners including HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management
- Strong Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrate a keen interest in learning and staying updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, innovative sourcing techniques as well as bring new ideas forward to continuously evolve your Talent Acquisition delivery
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously as well as in teams, effectively manage competing priorities, and adapt with agility as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles within professional services, or search firm environments.
- Experience in healthcare industry recruiting.
- Proven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated base salary range: $85,000-$115,000, with total compensation including incentives ranging from $97,750-$132,250.
