Land Development Designer

We have a career opportunity for a Civil Site/Land Development Designer with a proven track record of successfully producing for a broad range of projects. In this role, you will perform in the planning and design of civil site/land development projects, as well as play an important role in building client relationships. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group.

Location 

This position will have a hybrid work schedule and, when in the office, will work from our Glastonbury, CT office.

The Impact You Will Have

• Produce multiple, concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients.
• Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents.
• Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking.
• Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor, as needed.
• Mentor junior staff

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• A track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.  #LI-QD1
