Position Summary...

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

What you'll do...

Drives the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating priorities, and addressing barriers that impact performance. This includes providing resources, defining performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting plans accordingly. The role requires the ability to create contingency plans when necessary, demonstrate adaptability, and support continuous learning to foster improvement across teams.

The position provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to help them achieve their full potential. It involves assigning duties strategically, building a collaborative work environment, setting clear performance expectations, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure success.
