Front Desk Associate (Overnight)

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Front Desk Associate to work overnight.

We are hiring for weekends- Friday, Saturday & Sunday Overnight 7:30 pm to 8:00 am .

Starting pay $18.50/hr

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concerge:

• Respond to emergency and urgent work requests
• Interior and exterior walking rounds
• Door security checks
• Running water in unoccupied apartments and common areas
• Managing the robot vacuum on floors 1-5
• Removing trash to the dumpster
• Assist DPO with inspections, drills and emergency preparedness
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision
• Detailed orientated and able to multi task
• Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
• Responds to emergency situations in an timely and efficient manner
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the community

Secondary tasks

• Unclog toilets and sinks
• Keep tools and supplies organized, clean and ready to use
• Assisting, escorting contractors and vendors

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
