FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Be a part of the team for FOX Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD), the division that specializes in custom upfit packages

Fox Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD) is the premier performance upfitter of Ram, Jeep, Ford, GM and other manufacturers. We dominate the market by showcasing our inhouse brands of Black Widow, Rocky Ridge, Black Ops and Badlander. In addition, we have strategic partnerships with Shelby, RTR, Hennessey, and Harley Davidson. Our purpose is to challenge the impossible on the road and off road with the never-ending pursuit of maximum performance.

Position Summary

Responsible for building value and selling our branded vehicles to decision makers at franchise dealerships in a defined geographic territory (Central & North East Pennsylvania).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and develop new dealer relationships.
  • Manage active accounts in-person on a weekly basis, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Grow topline revenue and sales volume.
  • Maximize revenue per vehicle while growing our dealer network.
  • Meet with dealers to discuss their current and future needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
  • Develop and follow up on business leads; and oversees lead generation activities such as cold calls and direct email. 
  • Implement best practices at stocking dealerships.
  • Manage all aspects of stocking dealerships.  
  • Maintain customer information within CRM.  
  • Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars. 
  • Compare sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary. 
  • Provide sales input for strategic planning process.
