ROLE SUMMARY
The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across US Commercial Division. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space and the recent launch of HYMPAVZI, an innovative anti-TFPI treatment, for patients 12 years and older with Hemophilia A or B without inhibitors. HYMPAVZI is a priority brand with high visibility, still in its early, critical days of launch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of a breakthrough product on a highly talented, innovative, and dedicated team.
The US HYMPAVZI HCP Marketing Sr. Manager – Omnichannel/NPP Lead will be a critical member of the HCP marketing team, responsible for promotion across non-personal and omnichannel channels. Working closely with the larger HYMPAVZI brand team, hemophilia portfolio and factor team, as well as cross-functional partners, this role will help drive HYMPAVZI awareness and appropriate use among HCPs during a critical period in HYMPAVZI’s launch. The candidate will translate customer insights into business-building strategies and provide strategic direction to the HCP Team to develop and deploy innovative and impactful omnichannel tactics that drive growth. This role provides a unique opportunity for a senior manager to work on a breakthrough, priority launch and own many aspects of HCP marketing end-to-end. This role will report to the US HYMPAVZI Brand Lead.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and executive presence. He/she should also have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in specialty care is nice to have, but not required.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead HYMPAVZI HCP digital and non-personal promotion channels as part of a robust omnichannel approach, including CRM, HCP journey orchestration strategy, and PfizerPro
- Oversee HYMPAVZI HCP media strategy
- Leverage Omnichannel & PfizerPro Dashboards, and additional market research to evolve metrics plan for test and learn approach
- Lead unbranded campaign/efforts and MOA education
- Brand team lead for CMO partnership
- Brand team Budget Captain
- Contribute to annual strategic and tactical operating plans
- Responsible for fostering a productive agency relationship and managing all projects within allocated budget, as applicable
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
- 2 years of marketing experience required
- 6 years of pharmaceutical industry, provider, managed care, or strategic consulting experience
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a change agile mindset
- Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations
- Demonstrated success to build and maintain productive/collaborative relationships
- Ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills – gathers input from key stakeholders; communicates scientific and commercial strategies into clear updates for senior leadership
- Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional team members, even without direct reporting relationships
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
- Agency or vendor management experience required
- Experience interfacing/collaborating with Regulatory, Medical, Legal and other functions
- Track record of innovation, leadership and significant contribution to the growth of brands

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
