Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Sonova Consumer Hearing USA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst who will help us streamline our A/R delivery and collection efforts. This role will continuously work to identify key A/P contacts at our customers.  They will need to work cohesively within these A/P departments and successfully collaborate with Sonova Consumer Hearing USA internal departments to ensure all A/R administration runs smoothly and key A/R metrics are improved.

 

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead customer disputes to resolution, document root causes of payment issues & drive methods for improvement
• Drive a more robust & proactive account reconciliation process
• Proactively monitor payment behaviors on accounts
• Drive collections through outbound calls to delinquent customers
• Actively work with internal team to prioritize and monitor customer accounts, learn reasons for non-payment and understand the necessary steps to bring to resolution 
• Effectively liaison with our outsourced service provider, which  provides transactional support for customer remittance processing and basic dunning support

 

About You:

 

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Collections or A/R
• Experience in A/R management of large consumer electronics retailers (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy) or experience managing A/R in direct to consumer channels (e.g. own website, online marketplaces) desirable
• Staff Accounting Experience highly preferred

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
