Job Introduction Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. • You are the point of contact for your customers at the 3rd level/vendor support level and analyze and fix system errors. 
• You plan and implement system updates and enhancements for complex IT systems. 
• Thanks to your proximity to customers, you understand their needs and operational requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvement. 
• You will participate in international projects in collaboration with branches and partner companies. 
• Conducting customer training both on site and at headquarters rounds off your area of responsibility. 
• You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.

Key Qualifications

• Technologies that match your profile: Linux Red Hat, hypervisor platforms (VMware, Linux KVM), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.), network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, etc.), and Whireshark, Nessus, SBC.
• You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.
