Job Description:

 

Experience 10-15 Years

Location: USA – Mountain Time Zone

 

Responsibilities:

 

•                  Single Point of Contact for delivery

•                  Owner – Planning, Tracking and execution.

•                  Collaborate with Customer stakeholder for any clarifications / queries

•                  Ensuring process compliance including quality objectives.

•                  Adhering and tracking – Oragnization and Customer SLAs

•                  Owner for status report – Governance, Weekly, monthly/quarterly.

•                  People management

•                  Risk management – Tracking and mitigation.

•                  Problem management & change management

•                  Managing entire onshore – offshore team

•                  Co-ordination across various stakeholders

 

Must have:

 

•                  Minimum 2-5 years of project / project management experience of Guidewire AMS projects

•                  Overall, around 8 to 12 years of experience.

•                  Experience of leading team for 10-12 people

•                  Good understanding of P&C domain – personal or commercial

•                  Experience of working on Guidewire modules – PC/BC/CC-CM/Digital – Implementation – Support.

•                  Understanding of best practices across Guidewire Cloud standards and implementation tools

•                  Well-versed with Agile methodologies – Sprint planning, Scrum, capacity Planning, retrospective etc.

•                  Well-versed with support methodologies – Incident management, defect management

•                  Understanding of job monitoring

•                  Experience of SLA management

•                  Experience of presenting – Governance reports, Status reports etc.

•                  Good communication Skills.

 

Good to have:

 

•                  Implementation experience of Guidewire, specifically on cloud.

•
