We are on a venture journey and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization meets the highest industry standards.</p><ul> <li>You will be owning and go-to person for all things relating to our InfoSec content library across all countries</li> <li>Ensure our InfoSec resources comply with German as well as global standards and practices, such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, ISO 27001, DSGVO, DORA, TISAX, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management and other related</li> <li>Ensure the library reflects the latest InfoSec requirements for the German market and relevant frameworks, up-to-date risks considering the current environment and related policies</li> <li>Keep internal teams informed of updates, helping them stay prepared and compliant and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement</li> <li>Support our Sales and Customer Success team during sales calls and onboarding of customers with your expertise</li> <li>Be a trusted advisor for our Product and Product Marketing team</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications and about you</strong></p><ul> <li>You ideally have knowledge or experience with working with the above-mentioned DSGVO, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz etc. and other both German and European regulatory frameworks related to Information Security</li> <li>You’re ready to take full responsibility for our InfoSec content library.</li> <li>Native in German and professional fluency in English</li> <li>Great communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Able to work full-time in one of our offices or potentially remote</li> <li>You thrive on completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work</li> <li>You value teamwork and fostering a supportive work environment</li> </ul><p><strong>About Formalize</strong></p><p>Founded in 2021, Formalize is a rapidly growing tech company with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan, and Madrid.
