Be a part of Everi's FinTech Loyalty Services team helping to support loyalty products in casinos nationwide! You'll be an integral part of the team helping to ensure Everi products within the casino are functioning at their full potential.  If you have great customer service, problem solving, and communication this is the role for you!

What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage requests from internal and external clients, including gathering technical details, document requirements, identifying gaps, and providing solutions remotely
• Supporting teams with escalations on loyalty products throughout the company
• Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment and installation, 
• Provide team support and production terminal troubleshooting, development and distribution of software loading guides, and remote management support

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• Up to 3 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and system environment
• Advanced Microsoft Windows background
• Experience in writing SQL queries and .NET 
• Some experience in programming, helping with debugging, and troubleshooting issues (Note this is not a developer role)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision 
• Prior experience in gaming industry is preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 73,900- $ 84,300 annually.
