Parts Sales - RideNow Tri-Cities

RideNow Powersports Tri-Cites, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Receive and account for all incoming parts.
• Provide cost of parts for customers.
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Knowledge of powersports vehicles and parts is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
