Our team focuses on high-performance infrastructure, real-time APIs, and AI-powered recommendation systems to provide timely insights and automated diagnostics for our users. Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for scalable customer engagement solutions.

- Lead infrastructure and API development, ensuring cross-channel interoperability and high performance.

- Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered recommendation and diagnostic systems that enhance customer interactions.

- Mentor and grow an engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, Data Science, and ML teams to develop AI-integrated engagement solutions.

- Establish best engineering practices for security, scalability, and reliability in AI-powered infrastructure.
