Job Overview
Inpatient nurses provide care to patients on our 15-bed Inpatient nursing floor, working as part of the interdisciplinary team for our burn and orthopaedic patients.. In this position, you'll expand your knowledge in burn and orthopaedic care to improve outcomes for our amazing patients and families.
Responsibilities
- The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
- The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
- This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications
Required:
- RN in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred:
- BSN preferred
- 2 years' expereince in acute care nursing
- Bilingual English/Spanish
