To build effective communication with new and existing clients to retain, reactivate, and enhance their loyalty.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop promotional emails.

• Participate in creating the monthly promotional plan.

• Work with the database: segment clients, analyze their responses to emails.

• Collaborate with copywriters and designers.

• Conduct A/B testing.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sent campaigns.

• Contribute to improving key metrics (open rate, click rate, delivery rate).

Requirements:

• Preferred: Experience with Customer.io, SendGrid, or similar systems.

• At least 6 months of experience as an Email Marketer.

• Ability to communicate with colleagues and resolve conflicts.

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in the Igaming industry will be plus.
