Job Description Summary

The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for Vascular Access Technologies portfolio, and other key specific products to help drive and improve commercial success in the US region. He/She will demonstrate leadership within the Division Marketing department and play an active role in day-to-day operations.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal):

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for the VAT and disposables product portfolios.

  • Provide omnichannel vision for your marketing strategies integrating optimized digital activities across the customer journey.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal partners from the supply chain to customer service, legal/regulatory department, and global teams.

  • Works with core teams to manage capital quote website and various dashboards

  • Ensures relevant tools are available to field teams to drive customer engagements.

  • Be a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of marketing or product management experience preferred

  • Prior healthcare marketing and data analytics experience preferred

  • MBA preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands:

Minimal travel may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch. 

Work Environment:
