RN or LPN - Medical Office Team Lead

Position Summary

 Responsible for coaching, rounding, and on boarding new employees.

Principal Accountabilities

Education

 Associates Degree preferred

 High School diploma or equivalent

Licenses and Certification

 Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN required

Experience and Skills

 Technical Experience: 1 year physician office

 Effective and Excellent communication skills

Physical Activities

 Intermittent hand manipulation required

 Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20 lbs.

Role Specific Responsibilities

o Serve as resource to coworkers for trouble-shooting and assisting them with

day to day job functions.

o Point person when manager is off-site to make decisions and/or contact

manager as needed.

o Trainer for new employee’s to help develop and learn the clinical processes.

o Promote the SIHMG vision of patient focused high quality care.

o Assist with the implementation and development of Center policies and help

educate staff and assist with the implementation of the policies.

o Become familiar with Rural Health clinic rules and regs, the QHP program,

meaningful use.

o Assist with the training and educating the team on regulation compliance and

assist with auditing.

o Assist with Process Observation and SOP’s

o Lean Daily Management and Huddle resource

o Assist with employee education and action plans related to Press Ganey

o Actively looks for improvements by meeting with manager providing

feedback on areas of improvement

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):

$21.85 - $33.87
