Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Perform technical training to installers and technicians on the product portfolio of the brands Vulcano, Junkers and Bosch such as water heaters, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioner and thermal solar;
• Prepare the technical documentation to use as support for training, service manuals and others;
• Perform technical support in field, pre-sales and after sales;
• Perform Technical Hotline.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrotechnical Engineering or similar;
• Experience as technical supporter and training of installers and technicians;
• Knowledge in Air Conditioning and Water Heating Systems;
• Trainer Certificate (CAP or CCP);
• Other preferred certifications: Technician or Installer of Gas Appliances, TIM3, Fluorinated Gases;
• Good communication skills, with knowledge in English;
• Domain in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
