 What You Will Be Doing 

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments.  Founded with the insight that technology has the power to make people’s lives better and recognized as one of the world’s most innovative companies, ServiceNow provides a platform that makes workflows work.  We are looking for a CONTRACTOR: Senior ServiceNow CSM Software Engineer with Domain Separation experience, to assist our award winning Customer team!

 

The Role

We are seeking consultants who will:

• Configure and customize CSM/ITSM ServiceNow applications with Domain Separation (required)
• Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing.
• Experience with implementing ServiceNow modules (Customer Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Survey Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Reports and Dashboards, Performance Analytics) in Domain Separated environments.
• Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules, custom related lists, Access Control list, UI Policy and client script.
• Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development.
• Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes and hands on with ITIL process implementation

• Application development in ServiceNow with and without JavaScript
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Be comfortable with occasional after hours work
• Learn new products and technologies
• Document what you do
• Achieve and maintain product certifications

What You Bring Along

• JavaScript experience required
• ServiceNow experience required
• ITSM and CSM Modules required
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM/ITSM/Domain Separation products
• Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services.
• Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!

 

Technical Skills

• Scripting languages: HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, React
• Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgres
• Integrations: Web Services (REST/SOAP), SSO (Azure, OKTA), SAML, LDAP, OAUTH, JDBC, SFTP, E-Bonding
