Warehousing Senior Associate

<p><strong>Brief Job Description: </strong></p> <p>Warehousing Senior Associate:</p> <ul> <li>Involved in logistic activities, as well as responsible for shipping and transport supervising, for issuing the shipment documentation and coordination between all parties included in shipping</li> <li>Monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to make sure that everything that is received or shipped out is in perfect condition.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: </strong></p> <p><strong>(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the final list of all goods being shipped from the warehouse and site area</li> <li>Responsible for proper labeling and packaging of all goods that are being shipped from</li> <li> the warehouse and site area</li> <li>Responsible for issuing and preparing final documentation related to the shipment of goods</li> <li> ( packing lists and CMR cargo lists )</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring the packaging of goods, and photographing all stages of packaging and dispatch of the final product and goods</li> <li>Responsible for listing and managing the documentation of the main products and equipment embedded in the data center modules</li> <li>Responsible for keeping records of delivered goods and modules as well as for resolving additional inquiries when the goods reach the end customer</li> <li>Responsible for posting weight to each and every item to be shipped out</li> <li>Directs the movement of shipments from shipping points to storage and/or work areas</li> <li>Inspects loading operations to make sure that they comply with shipping specifications</li> <li>Decides the load limit of each truck used in the loading and delivery process</li> <li>Responsible and main person for all goods that are shipped with data centers to the end customer, as well as for their labeling, transport accommodation and transport insurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required/ Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)</li> <li>Technical/practical skills: Good analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills</li> <li>Core competencies: Initiative, Creative, Persuasive, Able to deal with conflict, Problem solving, Detail oriented, Analytical</li> <li>QMS, EMS, Health &amp; Safety, Ethics and ITC training</li> <li>University degree – transport specialization </li> <li>5 + years on similar positions/shipping/logistics/coordination.</li> <li>Active English</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional / Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>IT skills: Microsoft Office.<strong>  </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.)</strong></p> <ul> <li>None</li> </ul> <p><strong>Time Travel Needed: </strong></p> <ul> <li>None</li> </ul>
