Inside Sales Coordinator

Contractors Steel Company powered by UPG, is a growing steel service center that has been in business for over 60 years, is looking to hire a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role will assist the sales team in driving sales around existing business and will assist in lead generation around new business. The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide sales support for the Inside Sales Representatives, and will handle administrative duties such as keeping inventory data updated, assisting with purchase orders and order forms, reporting, and sales analysis. The right candidate is a sales-minded individual who is a quick learner, self –motivated, thorough researcher and possesses an eagerness to learn about sales.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

• Various sales support duties like researching and prospect prices, companies and contacts through internal and external resources
• Assist with completion of specific paperwork for customers including: purchase orders, order forms, etc.
• Assist with preparation and potentially attend important client meetings with sales team
• Keep an organized and detailed inventory records, and data
• Duties as assigned

Position Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong capability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
• Comfortable in a fast -paced work environment, able to 'keep cool and calm' in a humming setting
• Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
• Motivated to perform at a high level, with a proactive, can-do attitude
