Senior Contract and Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our Madison-based Customer Success Team.
As Contract & Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts between Cyclomedia and its customers. In this role, you will also oversee the request-for-proposal (RFP) response process for the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. This position works closely with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, and serves as the primary point of contact for all U.S. contracts.
Job Duties
- Drafts contracts using appropriate forms, ensuring inclusion of required business terms and conditions.
- Reviews contracts internally, recommend modifications, and assist in negotiating revisions.
- Analyzes contracts and internal documents to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Mitigates business risks by adhering to company policies, compliance standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Manages and maintains accurate records of contract agreements, including renewals and terminations.
- Collaborates with in-house legal counsel and external legal services as needed.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or legal support.
- Proven experience in commercial contracting with a solid understanding of legal fundamentals.
- Familiarity with business operations, preferably in an IT B2B/B2G environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe applications.
