Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient neuro clinic. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, providing one-on-one care and personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with neurological conditions to assess their functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients, building rapport and trust throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for maximizing functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure in [State].
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
