Packer/Warehouse Worker

Fulfillment Center PRONTO FULFILLMENT LLC is searching for a full-time Packer/Warehouse Worker in Virginia who is motivated to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Working within and complying with occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure one's own safety and that of others
• Packing goods with bubble wrap and polystyrene chips and sealing containers using glue, staples, or shrink-wrap
• Weighing and labeling packaged goods, as well as reporting problems to supervisors
• Ensuring that containers are marked properly and labeled appropriately
• Manually recording the package information and then entering it into the database along with its status
• Entering picking, packing, and loading information into the predefined database
• Checking the product to ensure it is in proper working condition and is not damaged.

Working hours & Benefits:

• Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday
• Two weeks of paid vacation a year

• $300 for self-paid health insurance, paid monthly on top of the salary
• Bonuses based on performance

Requirements

• Skills in packaging and picking a wide array of items, as well as completing manual and computerized forms or shipping documents
• Basic English: the capability to read, understand, and do a little writing
• Knowledge of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Hands-on experience in counting and storing various product items efficiently
• Experience in reading conditions and identifying the accurate parts for fulfilling customer orders
• Great attention to detail with accuracy and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where tasks must be completed quickly
• Ability to lift up to 20 lb without any support and perform routine packing work
• Readiness to be cross-trained in other areas of a warehouse operation
• Ability to stand or walk 8 hours during the work shift and maintain a database of packages

Salary: 20$ per hour (weekly payment)
