Administrative Clerk

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Administrative Clerk at our Richardson Ag location in Powers Lake, ND.  Reporting to the Location Manager, this position is responsible for the overall management and growth opportunities for the location.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Priced Orders/Contracts for fertilizer, seed, chemicals, etc.

• Creating Prepays for distribution and customers

• Submitting financing paperwork

• Handling invoices for various items including chemicals, seed, fertilizer, etc.

• Creating requistions and purchase orders

• Receiving orders of fertilizer, seed and chemical

• Coordinating the transferal of intercompany fertilizer, chemical and seed

• Periodic reporting, including things such as seed, chemical, fertilizer tonnage, EPA reports, etc.

• Handling payments to producers, farmers and truckers

• Accounts Payable  and Accounts Receivable

• Other administrative duties as assigned
