Front Office Assistant

Job DetailsJob Location: Saint Albans, VT 05478Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyNorthwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate would be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7:30am – 5pm Monday and Friday, and 7:30am – 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Responsibilities include:


Greeting clients
Managing a multi-line phone system
Navigating the electronic medical records & automated scheduling software
Maintaining multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining strict client and operational confidentiality


Requirements:


Proficiency in the use of modern technology
Reception/customer service experience
Health care administration/medical records management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities
Positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
