What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll handle critical accounts payable functions to help keep our financial processes running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately posting inventory invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Reconciling invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and receiving

• Auditing and reconciling freight invoices

• Collaborating with team members across multiple states to obtain payment authorizations

• Monitoring and directing incoming emails to the appropriate AP team members

• Assisting fellow AP specialists during peak workload periods

• Allocating overhead expenses to the correct general ledger accounts as needed

• Supporting weekly check runs and ensuring all deadlines are met

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $22, based on experience and qualifications.
