(USA) Manager, Operations - Defect Routing & Communications

Position Summary...

As a Manager on the Delivery Defects & Enhancements Intake team, you will be the central hub for gathering, organizing, and distributing large volumes of feedback from across Walmart’s delivery network. You’ll help support AI-enhanced intake and routing systems that reduce manual effort and collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate upcoming initiatives, ensuring alignment and supporting effective cross-functional information flow.

• Centralized Defect Tracking: Improve status tracking across channels using AI-based text classifiers.

• Prioritize and Route Requests: Use AI-enabled systems and criteria for routing submissions & follow up.

• Maintain Visibility and Accountability: Track issue status using intelligent dashboards.

• Support Strategic Planning: Assist with reporting and trend analysis powered by AI insights.

• Enable Stakeholder Transparency: Build dashboards and leverage automation for updates.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with exposure to AI tools or automation platforms.

• Familiarity with intake management systems and AI-enabled workflow engines.

• Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
