About the role

Job Description

As the Product Marketing Integration Senior Associate in the Employee Success team, you are responsible for defining and operationalizing the standards, governance, and strategic frameworks that guide how employee-facing products, programs, and changes are designed and marketed.

Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Channels, and Enablement, this role partners across Employee Success to establish guardrails for how initiatives are branded, messaged, positioned and measured.

This role is ideal for a professional who excels at bringing order to complexity, building durable and accessible standards, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that our product positioning is rooted in a clear strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and Channels to build and maintain playbooks, templates, and release frameworks (e.g., rollout plans, tools, campaign guides) that standardize go‑to‑market execution and enable self‑service adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement marketing and branding standards for our HR, Employee Experience, and Employee Platform products, leveraging EXKit to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
  • Serve as strategic liaison between Change Leads, Enablement, Marketing, and key partners to translate business value propositions into integrated launch and campaign approaches.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional planning to align on strategy, audience, sequencing, resourcing, and approvals, ensuring the right partners engage at the right time.
  • Advise on when and how initiatives should be marketed, including scope, timing, level of investment, and required governance—not just day‑to‑day execution.
  • Support development of measurement and performance frameworks to assess campaign impact.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, employee experience, or go-to-market roles, with demonstrated leadership at an enterprise level
  • Proven experience establishing standards, governance models, and operating frameworks across complex organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect business objectives to messaging, design, and execution decisions
  • Exceptional cross-functional partnership and facilitation skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience translating ambiguity into clear direction, tools, and guidance others can apply independently
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives at scale

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large, highly regulated, or matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with change management, customer readiness, and adoption measurement practices
  • Experience building enablement assets such as playbooks, toolkits, templates, or shared service models
  • Comfort working across marketing, communications, product, and HR-adjacent functions
