SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve or exceed revenue and gross margin targets by receiving and managing all system sales transactions.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
- Sales Support
- Support system sales activities.
- Support parts sales activities.
- Answer inbound phone calls for parts and system sales.
- Respond to all customer requests within 24 business hours.
- Order Management
- Utilize SAP order and production system.
- Create quotes, orders, order confirmations, send tracking details, and invoices when requested.
- Manage freight estimates and quotes for system orders.
- Conduct wireless studies to determine cell coverage for orders that require monitoring.
- Knowledge and Compliance:
- Utilize systems and parts sales goals and strategy to achieve these goals.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of AOL regulatory requirements.
- Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Flash’s product line and order management processes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s parts product line.
- Understand and comply with company policy and procedures as well as additional legal regulatory requirements.
