How you make a difference

The Corporate Executive Recruiter is a strategic partner in shaping the leadership team, spearheading the full-cycle recruitment of C-suite, VP, and senior-level positions. With a focus on sourcing top-tier corporate talent, this role collaborates closely with senior leadership to craft tailored hiring strategies and ensures a smooth, seamless candidate experience. A true advisor, the recruiter excels in networking to build a strong talent pipeline, conducting impactful interviews, managing offer negotiations, and staying ahead of market trends to bring in the best of the best. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Corporate Executive Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate executive roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with company goals.

• Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

• Executive Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified C-suite, VP, and other senior-level candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and industry connections.

• Advisory Role: Act as a trusted consultant to senior leadership, providing insights on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.

• Performance and Market Analysis: Track recruitment metrics, provide progress updates, and stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve the hiring process and maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree.

Experience:

• Required: Eight (8) or more years of direct corporate recruiting experience.
• Required: Four (4) years of direct recruiting for Director and above roles, without use of agency.
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Required: Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Preferred: Experience recruiting leadership in IT, finance, HR, PMO, tax, procurement, etc.
• Preferred: Previous healthcare or mental/behavioral recruiting experience.
