In addition to our international footprint, we are also part of the Axel Springer SE family and its unique European family of successful companies.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As an active member of the Global Customer Experience team, you will support the international projects in day-to-day business</li><li>You help to strategically position the topic area of customer experience within The Stepstone Group</li><li>You support the development of solution concepts and find the right answers to all challenges that arise in the international Stepstone Group in relation to the topic of customer experience</li><li>You analyze customer feedback, prepare presentations, and assist in the preparation of reports</li><li>You set up new surveys that help us understand our customers even better</li><li>You work on independent work packages and support the strategic development of the central customer experience program</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You are an enrolled full-time student or recently graduated at a state-approved university majoring in business, marketing, project management, or equivalent</li><li>You are willing to support the Commercial Customer Experience Team for at least 6 months</li><li>You already possess some business management knowledge with a focus on strategy, project management or even customer experience</li><li>Ideally you already gathered some experience in the field of quantitative survey methods as well as the use of Qualtrics </li><li>You are confident in conducting internet-based research and using Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>You have a high degree of independence, analytical ability, service orientation and communication skills</li><li>You are fluent in English and at best also in German</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Your start at The Stepstone Group: </strong>We want you to feel comfortable right from the get-go and you can begin networking immediately.
