We are currently seeking a clinical sales associate to work within our sales/admissions department to promote community awareness and complete the sales process for new admissions. This is a full-time in-office role with great growth potential.
Clinical Sales Associate
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete the sale process for the admission of new residents.
- Tour with families at any of the living assistance residences as needed.
- Assist in promoting community awareness and events to broaden relationships with the community.
- Participate in sales meetings to review leads, assess and adjust marketing efforts.
- Assist with internal admissions process and help facilitate admissions to other living assistance residences.
- Meet with families to process admissions paperwork.
- Copy and disperse admissions paperwork to appropriate department.
- Monitor competition marketing information, both print and internet, and assist in developing and maintaining marketing efforts.
- Rotate on-call for weekend tours.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree preferred!
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of All MS Office Suite
- Experience working and selling within a senior living community or related venue.
