Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) pharmacy technician for our Cass Street location.

What you’ll do:

• Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends

• Enter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels and fill prescriptions 

• Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs

• Prepare prescriptions for delivery or shipment

• Answer the telephone and respond to patient inquiries

• Assist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as needed

What you’ll get:

• Hourly wage: $18.31-$26.03 based on experience, plus extra for evening, weekend and holiday shifts!

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program, or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience

• Three months of pharmacy experience

• WIRPhT certification

• Wisconsin pharmacy technician certification, or willingness to become certified within three months of hire date
